Still Trying to Meet Your New Year’s Weight Loss Goal?



It's September 1st and if you are still jumping on and off diets to keep your New Year's Resolution, stop! Stop wasting your time and money with one failed diet after another. No diet will work for you if you are an emotional eater. Overcome your emotional overeating first and then achieve your weight loss goals once and for all




To Lose Weight Without Dieting Follow These Important Tips:







  1. Learn the difference between physical hungry and emotional hunger
  2. Choose to eat only from physical hunger
  3. Identify five things you can do to respond to emotional hunger instead of eating. For example, take a walk, call a friend, write in a journal, cry, or scream!
  4. Reward yourself with “credit points” each time you resist eating from emotional hunger; “Cash” in your credit points for items or experiences you desire – just not food!
  5. If you eat for emotional reasons take some time to reflect on what you were really hungry for; commit to meeting that emotional need in a different way next time.
