I talk a lot about using visualization as a tool to
manage your emotions and your weight. One way to use visualization is to use
your mind to “see” yourself at your goal weight and use that image to help you
make healthy choices. Having trouble doing that? Well, the September/October

Check out www.visualizeyourweight.com. There you will find an app where you can upload a photo
of yourself enter your current weight and your goal weight and viola – there
